my question which is better and which is stronger as far as gettin more out of it Example 200mg of each which one would be stronger mg per mg?
Durabolin is stronger, mg vs mg. The phenylpropionate ester is smaller than decanoate.
Durabolin requires more frequent injections (minimum of 2 per week), since it is released faster than the more lipophilic decanoate ester. It is esentially the propionate of nandrolones.

be careful with the dosages... if you are a chick, you may want to stick with primo or anavar... also, check out the female boards.. just an fyi

Aside-- I think a lot of guys hear "shorter esters" and associate that with "fast gains." But all a shorter ester really means is "inject more often" since blood plasma levels of androgen can reach full theraputic level after 24hrs even with a longer ester if loaded.
