would it be better to run deca 10 weeks at 300mg or like 7-8 weeks at 400mgs. And whats an average of size someone can put on for the first time with deca at that dossage?

For a begginer 300mg per week is plenty.
Average results and gains may and will vary per user.

see how you respond, "start low and go slow" for safety sake. I would start with 200mg/week. You never know how your going to react to stuff.

200-400 mg of deca for 10 weeks will be fine, watch out for prog. gyno though, you may be prone.

300 mg should do the trick, might want to get some bromo just in case you are prone to progesterone gyno!
