Deca dosage?

What's up guys,

I'm starting my third cycle ever, it's been about a year since my last cycle which was Sustanon 500wk and dbol 40mg ED.

I decided to add Deca to my cycle this time around so ill be doing:

Test Cyp 400mg wk (to start)
Dbol 25mg ED
and I'm getting mixed opinions on deca... I have two very experienced friends and one says 300mg a week of deca is all I need, and the other says 300mg of deca a week is pretty much just a joint lube dosage and he suggested I bump to 600 a week.

Any input? I've never done deca before so I just want to make sure I have it leveled out perfect.

An old rule of thum we have used for years with success is 2mg per pound of bodyweight.
 
I need to bulk up kind of quick. I already am pretty happy with the way I look, but I'm heading to Cancun for spring break on March 9th, which is why I decided to go with gear that puts on water weight with muscle, but it goes on really rapidly. If I can add 10-15lbs of size and muscle in 7 weeks ill be pretty happy. Been on it 3 days and already feel great lifts brewing.

I thinking of keeping the deca at 300 for another week an a half, and then increase the deca to 450 and the Test to 450.

Thoughts?

Has anyone run more or less and gotten good results? My main concern is not running ENOUGH deca and losing out on results that I should be getting if my dosage is dialed in correctly. It's hard to decide with 2 long time bros telling me two different things.
 
What is the rush? What is the pressure that is making you think that taking deca is worth the risk of running that garbage?
That stuff will be with you for over a year once your done with your cycle.

what about npp?
 
I just want to put the most size on in the shortest period I can. Ideally I was planning on doing Sust and Tren, and ill probably switch to that when I get back from spring break. But for right now, to put size on quick... Deca and dbol is probably the fastest most reliable way. Even if the gains aren't as concrete as Tren.

Yeah that's the ticket!
You want fast size and quality?
Run this mix:
Test prop
Tren ace
Npp

You won't have to wait the three weeks for the gear to kick in and you won't need to run bloating dbol either.

and i would like to add that deca is just starting to work around week 5-6 so theres no sense in cutting it off on week 7 you need to run it at least 10 weeks for decent results!
 
deca is a very long ester so i am on board with radar that it makes little sense running it that short of time.

do NPP instead. you been on this board long enough to know the proper way to run nandrolones i would hope.

also putting on as much mass as possible in a short time is a horrible strategy .. fast women, fast money and fast gains are never a good idea.
