Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Im about to start my first cycle. Im goin with a 8 weeks deca cycle and I was just wondering if anyone has any advice right before I go into this. I have read a lot of things and I have researched a good diet plan for the cycle. I dont have too much knowledge on PCT with this cycle. Also would I need to use Nolvadex too? or since its just a beginner deca only cycle is that not neccessary? I would be grateful of any help offered.

dude deca only is a bad idea, u need some test with it or u will get "deca dick" the ratio of test to deca is atleat 2-1
Have to agree with ricorico about switching to 500mg/ew of test instead of the deca.
If you're insistant on the deca cycle, nolv won't help u, you will need dostinex. This will help with the progesterone problems (gyno and loss of libido)
I'd run the cycle out to at least 10 weeks. Start pct 2 weeks after your last shot. Check out the pct forum and you will see all u need to know.

dude- go to the grocery store and buy a bottle of B-6. take 200mg/day and that will keep prolactin levels in check no probs. unless you are extremely prone to prolactin induced gyno there is no need for dostinex/bromo.
do a google search for "B-6 prolactin".
i've run deca only cycles before and have never gotten deca dick btw.

PROLACTIN is what you watch out for when it comes to DECA and TREN. like i said, google the shit.
B-6 has been shown to drastically reduce the levels of Prolactin in the body at doses of 200 mg/day up to 600 mg/day.
now if you stop taking the B-6 and continue on with either deca or tren, prolactin levels will of course rebound. the idea is to start the B-6 about three weeks into your cycle and carry on through three weeks after.
of course you will want to incorporate some PCT afterwards; of course there are more potent agents for combatting prolactin. but why not try the FAR cheaper, FAR less risky route first?

bro i ran 600mg a week of deca WITHOUT TEST though i will run a low dose next time i think. u can just run 250iu's a week of hcg with it and your testes will stay the same size and you will have a good sex drive. i know a lot of big mofo's who don't use test. i'm not saying a test only cycle isn't great for your first, but being the deca whore i am i say if you are considering it do it. i don't get deca dick though. its your call. if you don't get the dd go for it less sides and i kept it all. take femara (letro) with it so you provent the progesterone from happening. i'm starting my deca in july jeah. good luck.
So BIGWHEEL, you think for my first cycle i should go with test e and dbol? Ill take your word for it cause im new to all this but what else should i take with it (like PCT and anti-estrogen so i dont get tits and a limp dick) and maybe give the dosages of anything i should take with it so i dont f it up. read the pct forum my friend, jenetic has a sticky at the top, it is unrivaled as far as info goes on that subject. he knows his shit, i had some puffy nips he prescribed adex and nolva bam gone in 10 days. test e and dbol is fine thats what sweed is doing for his first and he looks great, the difference is he knew down to the last detail everything about what he was taking and why. don't ever take anyones word on something that requires you to stick a needle in your body and take liver tablets. i love aas like i love pussy but you need to know yourself what your throwin in your bod. my advice is do test only cycle 500 a week of test e 12 weeks because it is simple. you will not get a limp dick on test bro, only some people do on deca thats why they stack with test. your call but you need to research a little more, if you don't have a book thats cool go to steroid.com or steroidtips.com just read the different profiles of each. good luck

..... all im sayin is do the standard cycle first...hell even add some deca 250 to keep ur joints smooth...all im saying is make sure u know how u react to the substance (deca) b4 u take it....i had a buddy in high school that roided with deca that didnt even have a clue what he was doing,,(750 mg for 6 weeks) and looking back suprisingly to me he actually gained 25lbs....but then again he had deca dick for 3 months afterwards...like girls would want this dude and i guess deca just makes u so turned off he didnt even wanna make out....the dumbass quit working out and eating afterwards and he lost all of it after about 6 months....my point is the limp stick is a nightmare....as for PCT for test e and dbol....use nolva and hcg,,,,i personally hate clomid,,no offense to all u guys that love it or like it...as for dosages, yea use what bruce said...hes a tight nokka

not everyone gets DD, i know i dont. if he wants to do a deca only cycle first time, let him. at least he's keeping it to one compound, which is the REAL first cycle way to go, regardless of the gear used. do the deca, take the b6 if you need to.
