Deca cycle and pct

Just got a 10cc bottle of 300 mg deca. I wanted to know what kind of PCT is needed after this cycle (10 weeks at 300 mg/week). I'm 6'-2" 220lbs and 30 years old. Want some solid gains.

yeh add test at bout 600mg or 750mg as you dont wanna get deca dick mate or you can forget about havening sex lol
