deca - bloat?

I added Deca to my current cycle 2 1/2 weeks ago at 200mg/week

current cycle

600mg/week EQ
500mg/week Sus
100mg/ED Winny

Clen/T3

for the first time in the cycle (including the Dbol kickstart to the cycle) - I feel like I'm holding some water.

Is this the Deca - or more likely an oversight in my diet over the last few days (sodium wise)?
 
If you added the deca, it's most likely responsible for the bloat. A lot of people experience bloat and 'deca dick' from deca use, so this is not uncommon.

It is possible, of course, that your diet is lacking, what kind of diet are you running?
 
It's a clean diet - and I ALWAYS stay away from sodium (just the last couple of days I had some really salty protein.

average day - 400g protein (chicken breast/low sodium tuna/salmon/turkey breast)
200g carbs (whole grains/broccoli/spinach/dextrose after workout w/IGF)
75g fat (flax Seeds/Olive Oil/unsalted almonds/unsalted PB/various essential fats - IE CLA)
About 3500-4000 calories.

I'm about 310 right now so I call it - 'bulking leanly"

If your diet didn't change with the addition of deca, we can assume it's deca related. Personally, one of the reasons I hate deca and tren is because of all the sides.

IMO, with sust and EQ there, you don't need deca.

i thought it would help with the joints.

I'm dropping the Deca

What would you recomment for sore joints?
Dosages?

MSM worked well for my joints....good luck w cycle...EF is gonna have to leave a key under the mat so you can :LockMe!: unlock all your threads...

I'm guessing he must mean 210lbs. Judging by the cals he's taking in, there is no way that it would be sufficient for a "lean bulk" at 310lbs. Am I correct stallion.

btw- with the cals listed I come up with a total of 3075. That's pretty low to be bulking with don't you think?

Those are ROUGH estimates on calories - when the day is over, I'm sure it's 4000+ - I was just rambling off numbers as fast as I could so I could get a quick response.

Yes - I'm 310 at 6'6"

Try MSM for your joints bro, it works well but it does take some time to start feeling the "healing" affects from it...are you cutting with this cycle?

For the most part - yes, it's a cutting cycle - but I've made some nice gains off the first 1/2 of the cycle, now adding the winny, it's time to tighten-up
 
I like Beverly International's joint care. There stuff may be a little expensive but its the best out there.

For me a good way to tell if the Deca that I got is good is to start my cycle and keep my diet basically the same for the first week. I will easily put on 5-7 pounds of water the first 7 days. Unless I was sent estrogen, then at least I know something is working.

HGH does the same thing. Even at 1 IU night, my face gets so bloated that people starting asking what ups.

EXCELLENT - and doesn't the effects from Deca last a long time in the body?

My last shot was last Sunday - how long before the sides subside?
 
I get major joint pain in my elbows, especially when I start bulking up and go heavy. I started taking glucasime/chronite(sp?) and knox gelatin for about 2 months now and it seems to be easing it a bit. Don't get me wrong, it's still there, but it has helped. I too was considering running deca this summer for that very reason, but decided to scrap it cause of the bloat. Although not to the same extent as deca, some people say eq has helped with joint pain.

I'm on 600mg/week of EQ
 
Im on Deca right now, and I notice that I have retained a lot more water than normal for me... although I only have experience with Test only cycles prior to this one.

AIFM has helped me combat this a lot, but my wedding ring still is a bitch to get on and off somedays.

With youre diet being as clean as it is, this is most likely the Deca fuckin with ya.

Some products to aid your joints:
-Glucosamine and Chondroitin
-Meadowsweet, Devil's Claw, Wild Yam
-vitamin E and coenzyme Q10

One product that I liked a lot was "horsetail", especially in my tea.

Yes - I'm 310 at 6'6"

My training partner is 280, eats like a damn 12 year old girl, benches 225 for 45 reps, 315 for 25 reps and his max is over five bills. He's an LE guy and has never touched anything. I keep pushing him to pay attention to his diet because I'm certain I could get him up to 600 pounds if he just increased his protien intake. . .goddamn freak.
 
I added 200mg of Norma Hellas Deca a week to my 400mg of Test Prop. It's been about 3 weeks and I'm getting pretty bloated too.
