Hi all ,desperate for your opinions, i just started my first Proper cycle consisting of 200mg of deca (Norma Brand) and 200mg of equipiose (orion brand ) both once a week.
i sayfirst "proper cycle " as i did try dianabol but after 2 weeks and 10 lb of water along with terrible backache i discontinued use i was then advised that before i tried anything else i should raise my own levels again , so i useed hcg eod 1500iu then 3 weeks on clomid (50mg every night) my question is has enyone used this stack before and what sort of results should i expect (i didnt want to use test because of the bloat) my diet consists of 3 solid meals a day usually chicken or fish or steak with brown rice or hard brown rolls and also 1 fish oil capsule and half a palm full of peanuts these meals total about 50g protien 35 g carbs 20gm GOOD fats i also have 3 shakes as follows 2 scoops whey (50gm) and 1 scoop of waxy maize starch (about 35 gm of carbs) in total i estimate my intake to be around 3500 calories a day (about 500 above my maintenance level) i have trained consistently for the last 5 years i now weigh 12 stone 10lb and my bf is about 18% (was 12% before dianabol) i am 5ft 3 inches tall and am hoping to compete soon my arms measure 16 inches thighs 24 inches waist 30 chest 45 inches - Please note this was acheived without aas (i started at 9 stone 2lb) i have been told by other gym members that i must have good genetics but to reach my potential it would be a waist not to use aas once i can get this poxy laptop to upload photos i will get some on here (people are gonna say im Full of shit)i have dieted on a couple of occasions so i know how my body responds to different calorific intakes etc but aas is something i have only just started to research so any help would be great , i have already got 10 weeks worth of gear + pct but if you guys tell me this stack is crap i will get something else thanks in advance
