Deca and back pumps

Ok, it's been two weeks since my last inject of deca. After the first 3 weeks of a deca/test cycle I noticed some intense back pumps. It didn't seem that either test or deca would cause it. However, I no longer have the painful back pumps. I'm still doing the test and some winny.

Has anyone else had back pumps from deca? That shit was painful!

never had them with deca. I will get them everytime with dbol and tren.

I've done a test only cycle in the past with absolutely NO back pumps whatsoever, but this time around I am stacking it with Deca at 400mg/ week. I am in the 3rd week of my cycle and yes the lower back pumps are there, although definitely not comparable to Dbol which made working legs or back sometimes downright impossible.

As with Dbol, Deca also causes water retention which can be blamed for the back pumps. I'd carefully monitor your salt intake and drink plenty of water bro.

I drank quite a bit of water and used .5ml/EOD of liquidex. I haven't used salt in years. I'm glad I'm not the only one to experience back pumps from deca. I know it had to be the deca 'cause now that I'm not on it, they're gone.

Dude, hell yeah I have. I thought it was from the A-bombs though. I guess it could have been a bit of both though. I would have to lay down between sets just to stop it from aching.

can you elaborate on this? i am on 30mg dbol and had real trouble doing squats the other days due to a strange pain in my right thigh. i thought i just injured it somehow and squatting was putting stress on it. i do not feel any pain except when squatting.

When I do Hack Squats (Machine Squats) & Lunges and yes my thighs and calves get pumped full of blood, but I'm not sure if that's the same type of feeling you're experiencing. It's definitely painful, but not localized to a single area on my thigh, but rather spread out along my lower back down to my legs. It could be an injury, and if you're really worried get an MRI done.

I don't think we're talking about the same thing. Back pumps are caused by water retention in the muscle that runs vertically along either side of your spine. It wouldn't be localized to one side. You may have strained a muscle.

That's you erector spinae.

Depending on his form, he may use on side more or put more stress on the other, thus a more painful pump on that side. Maybe?
