Deca and AI

I was reading a post about deca and what should be used in conjuction with a cycle that includes it. Is an AI needed during a cycle (not PCT) that includes Deca and which one should be used(arimidex)? I have also read that HCG is needed, but only during the cycle.Is Nolva not effective during PCT of this type of cycle, just clomid? Just trying to clear this up since I am using deca right now. And yes I have done research so don't give me any shit.Just need a little clarification, reading too many contradictions.Need a simple breakdown between HCG,AI and anti-e and when they are supposed to be used.

Aromatization is very low, much lower than testosterone.
The AI can however down reg progesterone receptors (nandrolone is a progestin) which can help.

during the deca cycle go with letro (lower dose), and for PCT run nolva/clomid/HCG
