Deca after Test-E and Winny cycle

I just finished a Cycle of Test - E and Winny about 3 weeks ago. I got my hands on some deca now and i am going to do a deca only cycle. what do yall recommend for dosages(Pyramid or not) and frequency of shots. I am 6'0" 190" with about 15%bf. any extra advice would greatly be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I wouldn't run deca along. Get some test in there!

As you only finished 3 weeks ago, You should be coming to the end of your first week of PCT....

be patient bro....i have my whole cycle ready but i cant start til july 9th.....u gotta wait....time on=time off....if u do it now u prolly will get very small gains from it...u dont want to waist it so just chill for about 8 weeks

If you must, run a pyramid for 6-8 weeks. Then give yourself a good PCT (HCG + Clomid) and longer off period.

PCT = post cycle therapy
HCG = Human chorionic gonadotropin
Clomid = do a google

wow, well lets just say if you keep running cycle after cycle with no break and no pct, down the road you wont be needing pct anymore, hrt will be your new friend..........
