what do you recommend when taking Deca. Every 4th day or once a week?

I have taken it once a week and I have also slpit it up to every 4th day. Both worked about the same for me. I ran 600mg. a week each time with some test.

i ran 400mg like you said, sunday... then thursday.... when i had to travel and couldn't bring my shit with me, i did one big shot. deca is so long lasting that you can get away with one shot if you have to.

I did it both ways with 600mg wk. Didnt notice any difference. I did it with Sus 750wk, or test E 750wk. Had great results.
