This is my first cycle I'm at about week 6 I added sust to my decca 100mg of each every 3d.
Ive got Test E and winni .what dose should I run the E at????


I know the cycle that I'm on is not a lot but after reading and research This is what I chose to run . plz shoot me your thoughts about the E . Thanks

Are you saying you've been running deca 100mg e3d for 6wks and your just now starting sust?
Most people say you should always run the test higher than the deca.

If this was me I guess I would do
sust 1x week
test e 1x week
and your deca e3d

I like running deca around 400-600

You definatly should have started test at the same time with deca. You can get away with starting test a week later cuz the half lives but 6 is all bad.

Start test of some sort asap or you will be limp noodling it, run the test a week longer than the deca when your concluding the cycle.

I know that anyone in their right mind would not suggest he do this cycle on here. There are too many guys that post frequently to let this happen. He obviously didn't research enough, because if he did, he would have found that deca by itself is about the ding-dongest thing you can do.

OK OK this can be fixed. Lets get it together here.

keep running the deca till week 10 then drop it. run the sust till week 14 then stop, ya 8 weeks of sust will do. Forget the damn winny save it for next time.


Get some hcg as fast as you can. I would give you avice on how to use that but it all depends on if you have it and on what week you get it. Also what do you have planed for pct?

I don't know what happened. If he read many of the recent "How's this first cycle?" threads, and still decided against what he knew most people did and was good(test only, or test with dbol) then it was his own lack of judgement against what he read and researched. We all learn. I just hope he doesn't have mad suppression and erectile issues in the comng weeks. Maybe he gets lucky.

I added my sust at 9days into my cycle.(3rd shot) and Im at week 6 now. You guys made me sound like a fucking idiot.I lost 35lbs recommended here EF .strength was dropping super fast.I had access to some deca.Iran that instead of the winni. On EF the guys recomended winni and & some kind of test. I eat clean and my workouts are spot on .

added sust at day9 3rd shot of decca . Ive drop 35lbs and my workout are good and Im eating alot cleaner . my strength was dropping fast.with the weight lose. I just was able to pick up e .Ive got some dbol i havent taken any its from russia.it gave my friend bad pains in his stomach and sIde.


So there it is ant advice????? on the E ????`
