crimes against children. they waste too much money with all these criminals on death row. They should do cancer and aids testing on these wastes of life. What better lab rats tyhen someone whos already waiting to die. Plus it would free up some space for other criminals. They might as well serve some purpose to humanity instead of hurting others.
