I pretty sure it's standard practice for the insurance company to replace your 99 Ranger w/140 k miles with a new 2010 F150 XLT Lariat

If you don't want sarcasm maybe you shouldn't abandon me

just sayin'

LOL at abandon you i was in tears trying to get mods to go fetch you and bring you over to my Hangout which you once a fuckin gain stood me up at.

You are only going to get market. GAP insurance is a must. It sounds like you don't have that though right? Sorry!

GAP insurance only applies to financed vehicles. Since his ranger was paid for he wouldn't have it and couldn't if he wanted to. :)

no, you can't hold out for more. I'm not sure "which" book they will use to value your truck at. You can get an idea for yourself by using nada.com and kbb.com

If you like, I can look up "fair market value" for your region of the country. If it's higher you may be able to talk them into giving you more. Can't guarantee it though.

99 ford rannger xlt sport ex cab w 132,000 miles 6 cyl.Insurace is perm general with collision and liability w a 500.00 deductible.

Also mitch if i get 4gs and i match it with 5gs cash(With horrible credit)Would i have a chance in hell to borrow another 5gs?I want a 08 ram 1500 quad cab if possible.

yeah, probably. Although there is no way you're finding any decent '08 quad cab rams for 14gs. :)

I actually just took a quad cab dodge in on trade, but it's got 92k miles on it. Pry just gonna run it through the auction.

how about something like this?

I would fight for more money, $3,000 sounds low. In my experience :( the rule of thumb has been to give proof your truck was worth more. Autotrader.com has several trucks listed in your mileage range, one was 137,000 m for 7,900. It didn't say if it was a v6. Submitting receipts of work done or pictures can also prove your case. Good luck with that.

Dude - your deductible = your market value. Why did you keep full coverage?
