Deadlifts & Milk

This ones for you Revexrevex. You are coming out this coming weekend and were pumped.

This thread however is about Deadlifts and Milk.

deadlifts bc its a no nonsense chance at using raw strength.

milk bc it does a body good. I make sure to have 3 gallons per week.

These two will help me on my quest. Will they help you?
 
Right on. I used to have milk in my fridge all the time and drink up to a gallon a day, now I rarely do. I'm not exactly sure why I stopped, but I haven't bought milk on a regular basis in months. I'll have to start chugging it again. It's an easy way to get calories and protein.
 
I go through a gallon of milk about every four days. I do deadlifts one day a week. Both are good in my book. This thread deserves a bump. :)

Polishhammer looked like a pro with that deadlift. Perfect form, extremely fast, looked like he had another 100 lbs in him.

Deadlifts and milk baby......me and wizkid are coming... its going to be sick.
 
deadlifts and doughnuts are amazing. nice call casavant. krispy kreme rocks. I have a 8 doughnut PR going right now . no chance im breaking it tonight.

i actually just got back from mcdonalds (5 dble cheeseburgers) bc it was cheaper than 10 cheeseburgers. I just have to eat 6 extra pieces of potatoe bread to equal the bread.

i did deadlifts yesterday for the first timein a while so i feel like rewarding my body with greasy protein :)

He owned 455 like it was a 135. He hasn't done any deadlifts because of injury. It is over on the training board with thread titled "Revexfeast 2003" <--- they dedicated a workout to me :)

man days that i don't do gym work and just events (rarely) i feel like i have SO MUCH more in me. next sunday is one of those days i can't wait

squats and milk = stinky pitbull

on a seperate note, I just ate a 20 piece chicken strip meal from KFC, large mashed, 2 corns, and a biscuit...........trained quads and calfs at 2:00 and the nausea just finally went away, and allowed me to eat.....;)
 
My back still feels a little wacked on the lower left hand side, going into the very top part of my glute. The only time I ever really notice it though is when I'm having to sit in this fucking chair for 8 hours.

I think I'll train back tonight, but I'm going light on the deads. 275 for sets of 12-15 shouldn't bother it. Might even help with the recovery.

what was torn, I am slowly coming back from a torn lat......no criticisms here........except that I hope you are wearing a belt.....couldn't tell.......but I'll tell ya this....HERNIA'S FUCKING SUCK DOG DICK!!!!...........:D

I don't have anything on video. Last pics I have are the bulking and cutting ones I posted a long time ago.

The Hostess apple pies are all gone, so I had to move on to the donuts. :chomp:

As far as the vid clip and deadlifting, I don't own a digital camera or anything. I don't think you'd learn much from me, either. I just bend down and pick the fucker up while trying to keep my back tight and my form good. That's about it. :)

Man thats great!!

My eating habits revolve around buffets. . .pizza, hamburgers, and tons of high carb foods.

I have a buddy that has a camera. We're planning on getting together some time for some heavy lifting. Maybe I can get a clip then. I'd kind of like to see myself perform a lift, anyway. I have a few still photos of that variety, but haven't once seen myself on video.
 
im drinkin a big glass of milk right now....along w/ bowl of mac and cheese and 2 chicken breasts from applebees.....man i love leftovers:p
 
Video does a lot for development brother. I used multitudes of it as a hooper and now as a converted wackjob. I am sure it can benefit you man.
