Deadlifts anyone?

My deadlift weight is stalled at 200Kg = 442 lbs for a single... been stuck for a month. Deadlifting once per week for about 4 sets per session, 2 heavy doubles or singles, 1 for 5-6, 1 for 8-9 fast. Losing bodyfat, however.

Where is your sticking point? Off the floor or lock-out?

I usually fail very low, about 1/3 of the way up. It's moving but my back will feel like it is about to round out and I drop it. At that point my legs are not straight yet. My lock out is slow on my 1 rep max but it gets there.

Conventional form.

Olympic pulls have helped when I was stuck low or at the bottom. High-pulls, cleans and snatches - singles for speed and strict form have helped a lot. My sticking point is now my lockout rather than off the floor.

I recently tried this. 120Kg (200Kg ORM) for six sets of six. I'll look on the training board because I am planning on trying a WS program.

Speed singles are what you need.

The training board, www.elitefts.com and a series of articles called "The Eight Keys" by Dave Tate at T-Mag are good starting points.

Try some speed deads. A WSBer will be able to provide a good rep range with %s.

That's what the oly lifts will provide, but without the normal "slowing" at the top of the lift.
With the oly lifts, you have to accelerate all the way through the pull. Including where you normally would stop the movement with a speed dead. For me oly lifts have been more productive in developing speed in your deadlift.
