I've gotten lots of nagging injuries, and I think I've only missed a workout or training session a few times before.. but this time its different..
I was deadlifting heavy.. and was struggling with it, i think my form got messed up, I may have locked my knees to earily, anyway, my right knee and my hip hurt throughout the day, I woke up the next day and it felt nearly fine.. its still there a little, anyone have any injuries like this before?.. or know what else might have went bad with my form?, I've never felt injured before from deadlifting
