I started with sum warm-ups 135
1st set- 315 - 10 reps
2nd set- 365 - 10 reps
3rd set - 405 - 6 reps
4th set - 455 - 1 rep
5th set- 465 - 1 REP MAX!!!!
Felt a slight pull in the hip area ( Hernia feeling) so i stopped
But this is the most I've ever tried and got it!!!
I LOVE DEADLIFTS!!
