i always see, and mostly admire whenever people post their personal record...i just never thought it was for me anyways...plus, im not all that strong for my size...but i just have started deadlifting seriously, and today i pulled 405 for one...that was however, my absolute max...im sure its peanuts for some, but i just had to tell someone...

iv been liftin for about 2.5 but was never serious with deads...they are here to stay tho...495 sounds soooo fuckin cool!
