You don't use wraps to DL. DL suits are funny. The better they work, the harder they are to use. I cannot get to the bar in mine, so I had to buy a bigger one. I would guess at a 30-60 lbs advantage. Not as big as squat or deadlift, because you have to get to the bar with no weight pushing you down, which means that it can't be as "effective" as a squat or bench shirt (they have hundreds of pounds assisting the descent.)
