I just got back from my second 5x5 workout, i did shoulders and back. Wow i got a great shoulders workout and my back workout was alright. I did deadlift, low rows and pullups. My back is sore as fuck. But the question i have is..... do ur legs take the majority of the deadlift stress? when i did my deadlift i felt like my legs did most of the work. Did i do them wrong..... regardless my legs got a hell of a workout too!!!!
btw it was my first time doing deadlifts and arnolds..... arnolds are a HELL of an excercise and deadlifts seem to work my legs real well and my back too hopefully!!!
