I finish my cutting cycle in 3 weeks, I'm taking 50mg winny ed and was curious to know if I should obtain good effects by adding deca at 400mg/week for the 4 next weeks ?

no, 4 weeks is not enough time for deca to kick in hard. You may get some antic catabolic effects, but i think you should save the deca for another cycle.
