But is it legal?

nope its not according to the constition , but it seems lately the goverment will use the its a matter of national securoity to get away with what ever they want

Nice Article, good find.

They be reading ur encrypted emails cause they be getting warrants to install keyloggers on your computerzzzzzz.....

Nothing unconstitutional about that piece.

fucked up. DEA can't get a grip on crack/meth distribution, so they shift their focus to an easier target. Even more fucked up considering juice-related crimes are basically non-existent.

^^^^

Did it to ourselves by being so in their face about it.

Couldn't stay outta the media, eventually caused enough embarassment they HAD to do something.

They pretty much let it go on cause they didn't care until they were humiliated.

Exactly - plus steroid busts are generally more publicly appealing than crack busts....big names are involved with the juice busts, as opposed to the ghetto crack-dealin homies

oh well, they will never completely stop the use of roids. they can keep busting these places and people but more and more pop up each day.

Federal investigators appear to have the ability to tap the Internet, though no one is officially saying that.
We can’t name the technology, and this is going to drive you crazy, but we have the capability, and we proved it in this case, to intercept electronic communication all the way to the buyer,” the DEA’s Payne said

i think its Voldemeort 3.0--the technology that shall not be named...

what the hell are you talking about?
the dea has a firm grip on meth and crack.
labs are a thing of the past, now all the meth is getting imported pre-made.
and the only reason why a-a-s is easier to target is because the hordes of internet loads who made it sooo easy.
like fishing from a barrel
