- c & p (cleaned 1st rep of ea set) 6 x 4 w/ 105lbs
- speed bench 8 x 3 w/ 135lbs
- band press downs 6 x 10 w/light band
- plate raises 2 x 20, 1 x 31(failure)

not much volume but ill get it there

Not bad, how did the clean and press feel??? Did they hinder your bench too much or get you wamred up for it??? Hey king I thought DE upper had some back work in it too??? Keep us posted on results and thoughts
