Its a running argument between me and the other guy curgeo and I train with.
I did close to 700 on a box that was about parrallel on me (like 16 inches, which sounds like it would make us close to the same height in the legs), and this guy (who is well over a foot shorter than me) will either:
a) call that "high box" because its way above parrallel FOR HIM
-or-
b) run over and do the same weight on the same height so that he can claim he did it too
It happens all the time. If I outdo him on pin pulls, he'll come over and match the weight Im doing in the rack IM IN! Mind you that pulls from just below the knee for me are well above his knee in my set up.
*sigh*
But he's a good friend, so Im just letting off steam. It nice training with a guy that you can pick up and put in your pocket when he's done.
I call him the "Pocket Sized Powerlifter".
(I wont even touch the subject of him comparing his lifts in briefs or a suit to my raw lifts... <--bitterness?

)
