-box squat 8 x 2 w/175lb + light bands
-speed dl 7 x 1 w/205lbs
-lyin leg raises 5 x 10 w/mini band
-ab pull downs 8 x 10 w/light band
-seated gm 3 x 8 w/185lbs
-sldl's 3 x5 w/185lbs
-sl pull thrus 4 x 10 w/light band
-2 board pinch block- R. 30 sec L 26sec.... 10 sec ea
-sled drag 100lbs 70' sidestep ea side
I have a pain in my arm that i got a cpl weeks ago i guess but just now gettin worse and dunno what it is really. It's at the bottom of my bicep near my elbow crease...
still not gettin the burn in my hams that i want..i dont think im doin sldl's right i guess.
