Well...it was hotter than a bucket of Boogie Night Balls in my garage today. Three big guys training in there didn't help matters too much either. 
Cheese and Barret went first and did their sets. Once we fix Barret's form on his squats...he will be putting up serious numbers for sure. Just gotta work on form!!!
I was barely walking still this morning. After a few grams of ibuprofen, ice, icy hot, zostrix HP, and a few ammonia caps...I had a pretty good one.
Box Squats
297 plus double wrapped heavy bands and triple wrapped light bands
6 sets of 2 with 45 sec rest between sets
Speed Deads
225 x 1 for 6 sets, light and varying stances each time
Rev Hypers
BW x 10 x 2 sets
Mini band x 10
Band Ham Curls
mini band x 45 for each leg
Donkey Calf Raises
3 sets of 15...various weights...lol
Light sled walking...
I am pretty stiff again, but will take some more alleve and ibuprofen before bed and hope that I can move in the morning.
