Speed squat no box- 55lbs x 6 x 2

Speed dead- 95lbs x 6 x 1 ...3 summo, 3 conventional

Tested conventional deadlift max- 185lbs x 1 ....my previous best was 155lbs in August. Using nothing but chalk!

Pin suspended GM's- 135lbs x 3 x 4

Roman chair situps- 3 x 12

Russian twist- 10lbs x 2 x 12

ATF hip pully thrust- 60lbs x 3 x 8

High Bar squats-45lbs x 1 x 12

Its very encouraging that my deadlift is getting so strong!! I love it!!!

Nothing but chalk, Nice, that is one hell of an increase. Great job Trinity, keep up the hard work it is paying off big time.
 
the funny thing is she did it so fast, and it was a piece of cake for her...lol.......... she's a beast.

when we compete in February im willing to bet she can pull 225 or better......... pretty damn good for a 130lb girl who's been lifting for less than a year.

Not pretty damn good, Amazing is the word to describe it. The thing is people fail to realize how hard she works at her weaknesses, it is easy to keep working on strengths but to work on your weak parts, now that takes some real guts and determination

Trinity, I think the pull-throughs are nasty enough. You should see the looks I get at the gym when I do these. :)
 
lol at bfold.....

atf hip pulley thrust...... i stole it from spatts. i cant link the video but its from her web page.

its pretty much a reverse bent leg pull thru. face the machine while holding the rope. then you go into an atf squat while holding the rope with your arms straight out. as you reach the bottom, your way below parallel. and your leaning over a good bit more becuase your arms are straight out in front of you pulling you more forward than when you squat. then you come back up and the hip rotation is extreme...... and it hurts....a lot..... but in a good way.

and 2shy, we get those looks too doing pull threws. but we got even more when did these. becuase trinity though she was just supposed to lean back and the weight would keep her from falling over, but it didnt, so she ended up in the floor twice....lol

Great work Trinity that is unbelievable progress. Keep it up and do some big numbers at that comp.
