2-Board (working on my catch and throw style)

Side delt machine 3x10@80
Hammer High Row 4x10@3pps
Hammer shrugs worked up to 10plx20

shoulders felt beat up after speed work and i felt it on the declines but by the time i got to the boards i felt better..i may just drop the decline work and just hit 2&3 brds..i really wish my gym had a SS bar or cambered bar..between squatting and benching its wreaking havoc on my delts

I have to llook for the article. You posted it here a MM artilcle. MM uses two pressing styles for boards, catch and through and regular. I think it depends on the shirt you use.

Just so I am understanding - the bar is not actually leaving your hands...or is it? Is this just about the release of tension and then regaining that explosiveness through some kind of stretch reflex? Sorry to sound so clueless.

no no the bar never leaves your hands..the second part is right..relax your shoulders/tris let the bar sink into the boards BUT dont let it flatten you out then push up with your belly (mine is big your isnt lol) and throw the bar up and back

aaahhh...thank you sir. :) Big belly...you're too funny. Bellies all look big when you guys are all up in your arch.
 
funny but i can find video of these anywhere..i only saw them when i bought the metal militia video..and someone on another board described them to me as well..

Nah, only ripped the setup part. I went to a MM seminar and got a video tape of whaterver was recorded. We did boards that day. I'll look for the tape and rip it tomorrow.

dont know id like to do something local just a bench only to get some comp experience..
