I think I got the band concept now. Good hard workout, even with the many bumps and bruises from Lax.
Speed Bench w/ Mini Bands
45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 135x3x6 mini bands
Incline Close Grip
45x8, 95x8, 135x6x3
Pullups Bodyweight
1x6, 1x6, 1x2( failure/weak lats )
Military 1/2 Reps DBs
25x8, 45x8x3
Great tri and delt workout today with a good pump, also if anyone can host these new videos, mike if you can take down the old ones and replace them with my speed bench and incline close grip that'd be great.
Now im ready for the Toga party tonight, BEERLYMPICS
