i read in another thread today that you should stop at 8 reps, rest 20 seconds bang out a few more, rest 20 more sec, and bang out a few more...i was always under the assumption that you should go to failure, then rest pause twice...even if you go up in the 16-20 range...then you just know that you should be adding weight the next time...you should add weight as long as you hit 11-15 total with RP's included...this was how i took it...is this wrong?
