DC for cutting ?

As long as your not expecting to get stronger I think it would work but at the same time it would be difficult to put in the intensity needed which is what makes dc work so well. Typically during cutting your going to lower your carbs and those carbs are needed during an intense session of weight training.

Why change weight training routines when cutting? If you reduce the intenstity of your workout, you risk loosing muscle on lower calories.

IJ, my workouts are very intense, and I never train on days that I carb up. Weight training (especially a lower volume routine like DC) does not use that much muscle glycogen or calories. Far less than an hour of moderate intensity cardio does. Most of the calories used up by weight training are in the hours proceeding the workout, and they tend to be fat calories rather than glycogen.
