...how about a simple 5x5 of squats, bench and deadlifts once a week each ...maybe even throw some cleans in there, later on when you've developed some strength to be able to support proper form
...and i'm just going to refrain from commenting on that burger king diet you proudly posted.
IMO at 18 nobody should be encouraging you ...you're not completely stupid just very misinformed, young, and excited ...try to look beyond the sarcasm, and see that these guys are actually trying to save you from yourself ...PS the guys you're fighting in this thread are the ones that could help you the most
