dbol???

I recently purchased some "dbol" from a buddy. They are in a white plastic sheet/wrapping. On the outside is written "Anabolex 3 mg" and it says "Metandrostenolona" at the bottom. The pills are round/white/ and have a line through the middle of them. On the back of the sheet it says "Ethical" and "Fabricado por Ethical Pharmaceutical de Republica Dominicana". does anyone know anything about these pills??? Are they legit?
