Dbol timing during the day

I was wondering if it mattered if I DONT take my dbol before my workout. On the one hand i heard that it is only a psychological thing that boosts your endurance and on the other, i heard that blood level will remain constant throughout entire day especially if you take 3X a day every 4 hours.

The reason i ask is because i want to take my dbol same time everyday but i workout at different time.

I have always taken mine in divided over the day, because I believe in the constant level theory, and I like to take on about a 1/2 hour before I lift, but I'm sure that is psychological. My best results where with Naps. every 3 hours over the day.
 
Dianabol has a pretty short half-life - about 3 to 5 hours, so taking it at about 2 or 3X a day at approximately the same time will probably keep consistent levels in your blood.
 
so if my last pill is 9 pm and i dont workout again until 15 hours later *and my next dbol is after workout than im not really benefitting am i? except for protein synthesis but no strength gain?!?
 
That is why I alway try to get the 5mg. so I take 8-10 pills a day and I split them up over the day like every 2-3 hours I would take 1 or 2 pills and alway 2 before my work-out.

No you will still have some levels in your blood. If the half-life is about 5 hours taking 5-10 mg would mean you still have about 0.6-1.2 mg in your blood 15 hours later and this does not even account for absorption which probably takes an hour or so anyway. The point is your consitantly promoting protein synthesis all day which makes for the strength gains you get. Taking 2-3 5mg tablets 3X a day seems to work great for building size+strength - Good luck.
