Dbol Test or Dbol and Deca

Just looking for some input and opinions. I'm on cycle 10 (or 9 not sure! :verygood: ) and looking to bulk up a bit more. Diet is in check and protein intake is at 200 grams per day.

33 yrs old
6'2" tall
215 lbs
16 % BF

I looking to run one of these cylces below. Keep in mind that I get great results from low dosages so I'm not being a pussy, I just don't like to run high doses if my body still responds well from lower ones.

Paper Dbol: 40mg ED for wk 1-8
BD Deca: 250mg E7 Days wk 1-10

or

Paper Dbol: 40mg ED for wk 1-8
Test Cyp: 250 mg E7 Days wk 1-10
 
I prefer test myself. However, at those doses, and this being your 9-10th cycle, I doubt you're going to see results. Especially with your bad diet. Bro you're 215lbs after 10 cycles? And only eating 200grams/day of protein? Up that to a good 300g/day at least! I'd run test 500/week, dbol 50mg/day myself, you can run less dbol but I'd still keep test at 500/week. You mainly just need more protein though, at your height you're rather lightweight for having run so many cycles. Not a flame, just saying perhaps your diet is the reason.
 
I'd run Test/Deca/Dbol. Get the Test that I feel is needed by most of us and the great effects of running Deca/Dbol together...
 
no particular reason why I didn't plan to run all three. Just didn't think I needed to. I'm not in any rush. My first cycle was in 1990 and I have been on and off gear ever since. I just came back from a bad accident that put me out for over a year now. I was 175lbs just 3 years ago so i put on some decent weight IMO. Yeah, i'm sure my diet can do better but i'm happy with my gains and what i built up so far.

300 grams of protein a day? No shit? I'll give it a try. I thought the rule of thumb was 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight? Am I wrong or do you think it's just better to run more protein per day?
 
I think 1g/lb is the minimum you should eat just to maintain. If you're 215, and trying to build muscle, AND taking steroids... well, steroids work in a large part by increasing protein synthesis. So, the more protein you're eating, the more the gear has to work with. I try to get 250g/day minimum and I weigh about 180, when I cut I get 300/day. Works wonders.

i was thinking that about the protein only 200g thats not even a pound per body weight.
 
I'll give it a shot. I have plenty of wey protein so it's easy enough to up it. maybe I should be at 350 to 400 grams a day then? (all things being relative).

If I were to ever eat 1g/lb of weight I would lose probably like 2-3 lbs/week, LOL.

Consider what his Diet ratio might be and it could be INCREDIBLE that he ways what he does!

If he's around 40-40-20 thats like 2500 cals a day. 600 less than I would CUT with.

How many cals do you take in during your bulking cycle?

4200, but Im trying to get to 230 before my cycle. Will up as needed

I'm looking to put on 5 to 10 lbs of lean mass. Once I get to that, I'll be happy (i think!) and then I just plan to cut. I don't want to much mass due to my job and sports.
 
I think u need more protien too. I've always hear 2grams per pound when on gear. Im 6'7''/215lbs and resting I burn something like 3000 cals. So eat up. O ya bro most of your protien should come from food not just whey.

I'm not couning food protein since it varies. i eat clean but due to my job, eating mostly food protein is really hard. my protein from good is between 80 to 90 grams a day bringing the total protein to 280 or so. But from reading these replies, I guess I'm still to low.
 
Thats funny. I dont count Whey. I ONLY count food. I feel you're going about it backwards...

Run all three.. if you can't afford it... save up more, and get enough gear...

I would run all 3 like everyone said unless you have a problem with the deca like I do. Deca fucks me up so I just leave it alone. I personally think the d-bol is on the long side. I would run it 4-6wks max personally. Since you have several cycles under your belt then I would bump the test to a minimum of 500mgs/wk. I am on a similar cycle to yours and I love it. This is what mine looks like.

test prop 100mg/eod wks 1-4 (front load)
d-bol 50mg/ed wks 1-4 (front load)
test cyp 1000mgs/wk wks 1-10

I am currently in week 4 and its kicking ass. I was going to add eq but I am going to wait untill the next cycle. I still might add some proviron for a few weeks to harden up but thats still questionable. If I were you I would do something like this........

d-bol 50 mgs/ed wks 1-4
test 500mgs/wk wks 1-10

Or

d-bol 50 mgs/ed wks 1-4
test 500mgs/wk wks 1-12
deca 250 mgs/wk wks 1-12
