Hi Everyone!

I've been reading hundreds of post since joining the site. I think it's time to introduce myself.

Age 34
Weight 172
BF 19% Was down to 7.5 at 155lbs. (Was just too damn skinny. But was cut up pretty well. Went from 185lbs and 24%bf to 155lbs and 7.5%BF NATURALLY. Just ate clean and worked out on a 5 day split. Was trying to get in shape and loose some blubber. I succeeded in looking great naked! but with clothes on i looked skinny.

Took a small break (Economy/ job/ house forclosing etc.. Shitty time but did manage to save everything and back on the right financial path Whheeeeeeeewww! ) and got back to it.

So I started eating more and threw in an Anavar only cycle towards the beginning of the year. Started at 175lbs and 23%BF and gained/reduced (depends on how you look at it) to 173 and 15%bf. Seems to have built muscle and lost fat. Was very happy with the results not huge but noticeable. Good complements from others.

So now...... I'm at the point to want to start my first injectable cycle. Target is under 200lbs.
Plans are:
dbol 25mg week 1-5
test en 500mg 1-10 2X250mg per week
Arimidex .5mg EOD weeks 2-10
HCG (not sure exactly how much and when.... I have 20,000iu on hand. Need help on dosing schedule)
Nolvadex and Clomid for PCT. (Cialis on hand just in case for Post cycle or towards the end of the cycle... You know!)

Eat 6 X per day
Monday Chest
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Back
Thursday Shoulders
Friday Arms

Abs everyday
Cardio 30 min 3 times a week before workout.

Protein = 172lbs X 2gm = 344gm protein per day/6 = 57.3gm per meal.

Carbs = 688gm /6 = 114gm per meal

Everyone just says eat as much as I can. So the above numbers are quota targets. Trying to make sure I get at least those and the rest is cake.

Here's all I can think of to say for the moment. Any questions or comments are welcome.

cycle looks good.
do the HCG at 250ius twice a week starting on week 4 of cycle

protein intake is good, make sure to not overdo the fats.

you have way too many carbs for your body weight. I have been up to 650 grams of carbs when I bulked to 270lbs. Its not easy to eat 650 grams complex carbs from rice/oatmeal/sweet patato.

You should keep your carbs at around 350-400, any higher and you will put on too much fat and you don't want that at your 19%
 
I was trying to eat 200g carbs per day from brown rice and couldn't hack it.. I switched to eating more fast acting carbs like in juice and milk.. I still have some complex though..

The cycle looks good.

I am not the one to ask about hcg.. I use test/365.

Oh- if you're trying to eat a LOT (this is hard for me when eating clean) use supplemented digestive enzymes.. they really help break it all down.
 
Thanks for the input. Glad to know I don't have to try to eat all those carbs. Was really not looking forward to that. I'll add the 250ius HCG X 2 per week. Will cut back the carbs to 300-400gm per day. Unless I find some more definitive way to figure out how much I need exactly. Will do some research.

Oh yeah on the "(this is hard for me when eating clean)"... No KIDDING!!!! I found that out when cutting down to 7.5%BF. That was sorta an accident. Was really hoping to gain some but chicken, brown rice, broccoli, sweet potato and the rest of the clean things don't make my mouth water thats for sure. Have to force my self to get it all down. It was easier to eat less and clean, than more. This time I will add more heavy duty protein shakes during the day in between solid meals. maybe like 4 per day in the 75gm protein and 50gm carbs range. Then eat my solid meals.

That would be 300gm of protein and 200 gm of carbs just in those shakes. All I need then is... well not much. Will need to play with the numbers some to see what fits in my schedule. Here's my typical schedule that I usually use. This is just typical not on a cycle.

-Wake up at 6:30am - Drink a SuperPump 250
-in the Gym by 7:30
- Workout till 9:00
- 9:30 Get to the office make Protein shake (Mix 2(=50g protein) scoops whey with 2 scoops of Serious Mass Gainer. I calculated that 2 scoops of the SMG had 50g of Carbs in it some protein too but nothing to write home about. I originally bought it to gain mass but holy shit I would have become "Jaba The Hut" if I took it like they wanted me to. So I use it as an additive to my whey shakes to add the carbs.
- 12:00 eat lunch
- 3:00 Make another shake or eat again. depends on whats happening in the office at the time. (Oh by the way.... in the office a George Foreman grill works wonders!!! Chicken breast sandwich from freezer to plate in like 10 min. Great for the office. Burgers too(4min), even slap a bunch of sliced turkey meat between two whole wheat slices and stick it on the Foreman for 3 min and its a great Panini)
- 6:00- 8:00 Dinner Depends on the day. Some days earlier some later
- 9:00 Another Shake before bed. Not so much carbs in this one.

And thats my typical routine. Not spectacular but it fit's in my schedule. Now I will probably just work around that same schedule just up some of the numbers a bit and be more religious while on my 10 weeks.

I'm really excited. I will try to post up all my pics and updated for everyone to see. Will start when all my items come in. Should be in a week or 2.

Test/365: Are you on TRT full time? Or did I understand it wrong?

you need to have some food before you hit the gym. It would be much better if you could move your workout to the end of the day after work. If that is not possible then at 6:30 you should have 2 cups oatmeal (dry measure) mixed with a scoop of whey and cold water. Its very easy to eat and will give you 100+ carbs which will fuel you through the workout. You can drink the Super pump 10-15 minutes before the gym.

The only sure way to find how many carbs you need is to track your weight. If you are not gaining 1-2 a week then increase the carbs by 50grams/day. If gaining over 2 pounds a week then scale the carbs back by 50 per day. carbs are very individual and you will have to find what works for you

Also I noticed that you do cardio before your workout. You need to do cardio after your workout so that you are not tired when lifting the weights.
 
hey please dont take offense to what im gonna say. how long have u been working out for? have you taken AAS before the anavar? unless you messed up your body your still young enough that you can make good gains through hard work and diet. you looked good in the picture man but i think you can get close to 200 pounds being natural. the bulking diet you were describing looked good. why not eat like that, train hard, take some creatine, glutamine, amino acids etc, there are alot of legal supplements that will help with muscle growth and recovery. if you have your mind made up than you have your mind made up. but unless you are a TRUE hard gainer you shouldnt have too much of a problem gettin damn near 200 pounds. im only 22 and i have already made my mind im gonna take gear within the next 2 years, but i have trained for 4 years, taken all sorts of supps, and weight 204 around 11% bf without juice so i think you can do it too unless you are an extreme hard gainer. again man please dont take offense to this just trying to give you another point of view. best of luck with whatever you choose man.

Probably good advise if I were younger. I'm 34 and half Indian from India and half Thai from Thailand. Here's a quick question, "How many big Indian's from India do you know?" Or Thai guys? I'm am those and haven't seen any. Sure some...but not the norm. Its always been difficult to gain. And yes I probably should have been more determined in my younger years but it is what it was. And personal opinion at 34(No offence to anyone who is older..... yes I can hear it already.) I don't feel like a spring chicken. Would like to get there and maintain thereafter. Not looking to be a competitor or anything just more than I am now.
