Dbol spacing?

I'm an currenty taking 25mg of dbol daily and i take 2 when i wake up and 2 before i go to the gym and the other one sometime during the day. my question is should i be taking these all at once or spacing them out. does it matter if you just ate or would you get more benefit if you took them on an empty stomach. any help will be appreciated. thanks bros
 
It seems like I'm eating constantly & for me to take them on an empty stomache would be damn near impossible. It's hard enough to stick to my eating schedule. I take mine right after breakfast, between lunch and afternoon meal (1 1/2 - 2hr gap) and then take the final right before I go to bed. I try to keep them aprox 8 hrs apart. I still have awesome gains from it. It's been my experience that it doesn't matter. However, I'm fairly new to the game so that's just my $.02 take that for what it's worth. The vets will know best. WillYumYum always has awesome input on most posts. I take up to 45mg daily. I like the 5mg tabs so I can space them out accordingly.
 
I try to spread dbool pills out every 3-4 hours during the day... Some people like to take a few at a time and then finish up their daily dose before they go to the gym, I don't particularly like that way of doing it and I find that 5mg every 3-4 hours works very nicely :) ;)

I have read different opinions on this subject. Some say you should space out your dosage to keep your blood levels stable, other say more dbol will enter your system if you take it all at once (your liver can filter out more of the drug when it processes it in smaller dosages). In my opinion, the higher the dosage, the more frequently you should take it. Maybe something like this:

25mg = 2-3 doses/day
35mg = 4-5 times/day
50mg = 5-6 doses/day
>50mg = 6 doses/day

This is only my opinion (based on my research), take it for what you will.
 
the best way to take dbol is one every 4 hours. it has a half life of 4 hours and should be taken accordingly.

something like:
12pm
4pm
8pm
12am
4am
8am

anything more is a waste IMO
 
Are you taking them with anything else? Reason I ask is according to Dan D. the entire dose, taken first thing in the morning will only cause partial shut down of the HTPA. Or something like that. Can't find the study at the moment, but it's something to think about.

Interesting is, LH and FSH levels did also not decrase significantly when compared to a placebo group. Obviously they took it all in a single dose (in the morning?). Dan Duchaine cites this study as evidence that DBol does not suppress HPTA when taken in one single dose per day.

I think XXXL's got a good point.

If you time your dosage of every other AS based on it's half life, then you should probably do the same for dbol.

I'd spread it out during the day. Plus, you can use each dose to remind you to drink enough water.
 
There's been posts similar to this before and some have said that they can't tell either way.

I myself (after speaking to many experienced bros and one gear friendly doc) am taking the full dose on an empty stomach at 5:10am when my first alarm goes off. After that I go back to bed for 20min and then wake up to hit the gym by 6:30. It's fully kicked in by then and I get awesome pumps from it.
 
BTW, my workout partner was getting headaches from the single dosage in the morning and they went away once he split up the dosage to throughout the day.

Wow Kinda confusing (the study) It seems to me that they are saying that D-bol has no proven gain results. Anyone else read it? Maybe I misunderstood what they were saying. 100mg a day, that's one hell of a dose. I bet they had aweful headaches.
