Can people describe what side effects they have experienced whilst using Dbol?

I am on a Sustanon 250 and Dbol stack at the moment (Sust = 250mg per week) (Dbol = 25mg per day)

I've heard of the "pumps" and i get these mainly in my calves (when walking my dog) and lower back but when i've had a heavy session the pain is quite intense on the body part that i've just trained.

I'm on my third week of the Dbol and my second week of sust'.

I'm wondering, because i've started to notice changes within me (mentally and physically) eg. lower back pain most of the time, more emotional (anger, depression) urine is a lot more orange/deep yellow looking in the morning, feeling lethargic and low in energy etc.

I eat very well (not entirely clean but a lot of food) i take quite a few vitamin suppliments with flax oil, cod liver, glucosamine sulphate and milk thistle etc.

Just wondering if these sides are common in most users.

when I take d-bol and sust together I do get awesome pumps. But they are not painfull. How much H20 are you drinking? You need atleast a gallon a day. Stay away from the booze that will stress your live and kidneys and that will result in lower back pain.
 
I would go with 500 sust a week bro, I think 250 is not enough with 500 of sust and dbol at 35 I got 23lb (clean) bro in 10 wks, right now i just started my new cycle of test enathate 500/wk and 35 dbol for 12 wks, but as far as sides of dbol just head aches every now and then and awsome pumps and strength up to the sky. good luck bro.
 
I expereince EXACTLY the same as you when I take dbols. ...I've found taurine helps quite a bit with the workout pumps as wells as day to day ones. I usually take 1000mg on off days and 2000mg on workout days.
 
d-bol gives me painful pumps and I can't do any cardio at all.Also I don't know if this happens to anyone else but at night when I sleep my forearms go numb like their asleep? This only happens on dbol.
 
Dbol has been rumered to cause tiredness. But I don't think that is the issue. Try any and all of these.

Drink more water
Get plenty of sleep
Your electrolytes might be low so I would suggest extra potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc.
Take a taurine supplement, cranberry, milk thistle.

Just some suggestions to try. If your system does not feel clean while on cycle (meaning your not protecting your liver and kidneys with enough water and supplements) then you may feel like crap throughout the cycle. Keep your self well fed, nourished, and rested.
 
OOH no bro I did it for 6 wks no more than 6, basically is from 4-6wks. 12 wks I would've fried my liver dude LOL!!!
