Dbol Question

I am starting my dbols I need some opinions . I am taking 40mg ED should I split morning and before work out or take all at once?
 
Listen bro, I wouldn't personally think that any more than 40mgs would be doing much good, probably wating if anything. I have seen too many times in the past with good bros of mine just upping dosages without understanding how the compounds are realy working on the body and just expecting..Double Dose=Double results!! I'm in no way saying that this is what your thinking, I'm sure you do in fact have a good idea, but honesty bro I personally would cut it off at 40mgs and YES I would split it up, I reccomend at all costs try your damndest to keep your levels steady!!! I truy beieve that people that take the time to understand levels, halflives ect. can get SO MUCH MORE out of their cycle!!!! I hope this helps Bro!! Peace, Nohaters aka Drolsofsteel
 
split the dose to keep blood levels stable, 10mgs spread through out day , one of the doses before workout for placebo effect.

im stickin with the majority here... everyone i know has seen great results with anything from 20 -30mg a day split up so equal amounts are taken breaky, lunch, and dinner
