try saw palmetto....if he is having trouble pissing or pisses and doesnt feel "empty",....thats a sign of something wrong with the prostate....tell him to go to a doc
If the pain occurs while he is urinating only, he may have a urinary track infection. Sulfer pills from the Doc. will fix that. Other wise the sawpalmetto will help if it is the prostate.

I have no prob peeing on d-bol, I spend half my life staring at a urinal. I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day. I would def. go see a doc, that doesn't sound good.
Dbol is very hard to the kidneys, that is why so many people say that have lower back pain. I think the only thing that can be done is drink lots of water, at least 1-2 gallons/day
