Been taking dbol for about two weeks now. Worked out my delts tonight to failure and experienced a pump so intense that it felt like needles were poking into my muscle. Once I quit the set and waited a few minutes the pain slowly went away. When I started another set the pain came back just as intense. Is this what people refer to when they talk about the painful dbol pump. How often does this happen. I was doing seated presses with the 90lb. dumbells does weight have anything to do with it?

Yesirrree!! Thats it but listen to everyone here don't attempt too many heavy deadlifts you will regret it later.

As far as pumps go its usually a great feeling, but i had a bad experiance one time. I was doing abs on a incline bench with a 35lb plate on my chest and did a few sets and when i left the gym near closing I went out to my car and sat down then all of the sudden my abs pumped up and cramped so hard. I had to get out of my car and bend my back over the trunk. Man that was rough.

The weight had nothing to do with it, bro. You could have been repping out with little 30lb dumbells, and the end result would have been the same. D-bol pumps are sick...so full that it hurts, no matter what the bodypart. Of course, shoulders seem to be the most painful, I think due to the number of nerves in the area.

Yup thats the d-bol workin there. Shoulders are always a painful almost bad pump but when im working bi's amd tri's I love the pump even if it is painful bec I look so damn full.

The worst for me pain wise is in my calves while running/walking. When I walk to class sometimes 2 + miles they get so pumped I have to sit at a bench for awhile halfway there.

when I'm on dbol, I get really bad pumps around my upper back and shoulder areas, hurts like shit man.

just suck it up I'd say to myself! :D

I hear ya on that. I made the mistake of going jogging one day. It me a 1/2 hour to walk back up the hill to my house. I had to stop every 5 steps and sit in peoples yards til the pump wore off. It was so bad i contemplated crawling home. LOL

It seems my shoulders are the only place im experiencing a painful pump. Everywhere else is getting a good pump, but nothing hurts like the friggin shoulders. By no mean is it going to stop me from going full bore, but what a pain in the ass.

Dbol is great for pumps! Other good ones I've experienced are winny, primo, and eq.

D-bol

When I used D-bol, I had to do low back last in my back workout becuase the pump hurt so bad I had to right home and lay down. I will be incorperating deads back into my routine this fall. I have no idea what the hell I'm gonna do when I start runnin d-bol again in a few months.
