Dbol only on gym days?

What do you guys think about this, is it effective? does it keep water gains down? im doing a sust+deca cycle...sofar, its great, but i feel like my face has blown up! feels like i have a doubble chin! what the hell! LoL

any imput would be good

get an aromatase inhibitor.

its actually possible that that dosing will make puffiness worse. with less available androgen and higher levels of the long lived estrogenic metabolite.
 
You take AAS every day just like you eat everyday regardless of whether you are training or not.
 
i already bought the whole cycle of dbol :-/

is this just water weight? will it go away after the cycle? noone else notices, i asked, but it feels bloated.

bulldog - what should i replace it with if i do manage to get rid of it?
 
Water retention does not only come from Dianabol. The Sustenon will bloat you also.

You need some Liquidex/Arimidex my man.
 
aside from the bloat issue (and HPTA suppression), I was toying with the idea of doing dbol on workout days off-cycle (i'm doing hrt anyways). would the anti-catabolic effect kick in with doses so far spread apart? I figure since cortisol peak is within a few hours of workout, taking some Dbol b4 workout might be real useful especially for ectomorphs.

opinions?
