Dbol newbie question?

I just started taking 20 mgs of bulgarian bianabol this past friday. Already, I can feel a major difference in my workouts. Is there anything that I can take, which can be purchased legally in stores like diuretics, while I am taking bianabol? I will be adding winny inj. to this also. Since I don't have any sources for anti-estrogens, I'm kinda in a weird position. Should I stop until I find a source or just take it like a man and let my face get puffy? lol..
