Dbol in the uk

Thinking of starting a 6week course of dbol in the uk... Im 6'1" 12stone but not sure of bf. work out regularly and train pretty hard when i do. Want to build size and strength to start off. Anyone have any info or advice on whats good to start with and what to stack?
 
How old are you?
 
Tried a winnie cycle about 2years ago but was in a car crash so had to stop 4 weeks in... Was taking 60mg a day but wasnt really watching my diet or workout plan... Decided to lay back for a bit and scope it out before i jump back in

30 mg is more than enough but your are too young inmo however if you decide to do it take 10 mg every 3 hrs but stick to 30 mg Ed..don't forget about pct and eat like a beast..
 
If you have to ask about training and diet, then you are not ready to start a cycle yet mate.

Get these things in order, and then start when an excellent diet, supplementation and training regimen is second nature to you.


I'm not just being a twat, but i made the same error, and it's just a waste of time and money. Cos the results suck balls.
 
Thats why i stated that im thinking about it hence trying to find out as many opinions as possibe before comparing and finding out which suits me and the body i want... Not trying to be rude but i asked for opinions on what to do not whether or not to do it. But thanks for the input! I know most guys starting off wouldnt have a clue and would mess themselves up so thanks for the concern :)
 
You done the right thing coming on to this site for info.
But by the sound of it you need a LOT more of it.
You are still young and still have plenty natural test in you.(me jealous).
You need to get your training and diet close to perfect and only then when you plateau out should you think of aas.
Do some more study mate before you do damage.
 
What's it like getting info about gear and cycles in the uk cause in Ireland its the dark ages.
It would frighten you some of the cycles people do in my local gym.none do pct....mad

Its in ireland i tried the winnie... Had no info or anything about em and had to fond out for myself... Its ridiculous how many really young guys are overloading and wearing themselves out... No precautions or idea how or why their using... Kerry for some strange reason seems to be the worst for it! Well as far as iv seen. Not been ro many other gyms. Everyones concentrating on heavy lifts and not performance, technique or goal. Scary really! But on the upside their chicken legs make them hilarious to look at :D I only been in the uk little over a week so i havent really gotten much info and havent got any friends i can ask about it yet. Should be able to get a rough idea of how it is here soon enough.. Hopefully! Where abouts in Ireland if you dont mind me asking?
 
I hear you on the dark ages. I am behind the times myself but as a home brewer in the states a decade ago I moved here and a lot of the local guys are coming to me for advices. They know almost nothing about ai's, PCT etc. Everyone knows about dbol and tren to some extent but they have no clue how to stack anything, how to handle sides, etc.
 
I am a firm believer your first cycle should be test only. While dbol is a great addition to a cycle, I think test will help you gauge how you will react to juice. Running a 12 week cycle will also allow you to make solid gains, and if you run into any problems you will learn how to fix them. 6 weeks of dbol will give you quick strength and weight but its harder to hold as most of it is water. Go with test first at 500 mg a week.

Test is a great first only cycle...from experience, i never stacked at the beginning cycle...i wanted to see how my body reacted to one compound
 
Very good call coming here, almost identical situation to me...

A lot of people tend to hit Adrol or Dbol for 4-6 weeks as a kick start then go from there, best thing to do is if your diets right, you've been working out properly and hard, then try oral for 4-6 weeks, then move onto a test cycle.. and can always progress from there?

No! Certainly not. A good source is by far the best option! As countless people will tell you. I really really don't trust on-line content in terms of quality and receiving it. But thats not to say it doesn't work, just preference.

I'm about 4 hours south of you, a lot of big builders, roid heads down here to, unbelievable i know, but your right in saying a lot of them have no idea what they're doing. You've definitely made the right choice coming here. These guys give endless amounts of brilliant advice from routines to dieting.

If you ever need anything like advice or whatever, or some help with stuff pm me, change numbers over? Always nice to meet locals. Especially on here.

I'm in a big town in co Louth.dont really want to say any more....the gym I'm in has a load of roid heads,I was talking to one tonight and he's on a 10 week dbol cycle!!!!!!!!
I started asking him why or what the f%#ÂĄ is trying to do,just shrugged his shoulders and waddled off.
People like him give gear it's "bad name"

It's the same in my gym. No one does PCT, no ancilliaries whatsoever. "Tried and true they say. . . .PAH" Idiocy of the highest order.
 
Not that im claiming to have any clue about any of this (hence to thread) but people who just do it to be "hard" need a slap!! Hrdgains im sure i know the town your talking about and im sure i know quite a few of the lads on the stuff up there (lived there last year nd most of my family are on the border of louth nd meath) and they give exercise a bad name nevermind the products used.. After nothing but status! No interest in fitness physique or any kind of dicipline whatsoever... A shame really... I aim to get myself into peak fitness before i even attempt to use any supplements or anything! Anyone have any good beginner routines or any opinions on 5x5 workout?
 
Maybe anavar and sustanon 250?? Any ideas?? Ideas on a routine? 5 x 5 so far but not sure its the one for me!

What are your training goals. 5x5 is a basic beginner training program. As you become more advanced your training has to evolve. The reason most people that train hard have issues making gains is their body adapts to the training. You always want to keep shocking your body this forces it to get stronger and bigger. Always find new ways to kick your own ass in training. Dont just go through the motions. If the protocol says 5 reps pick a weight that is do able but extremely difficult, requiring a spotter to save your as at 5 or 6.

Gonna start doin my basic workout and then a shock set of every muscle i work on the day... Just cant seem to put on any weight no matter how much i eat or work out
 
You should have no problem with weight on dbol.

Diet - are you really getting all the protein carbs and cals you need?

Can you list full stats? Diet? Training log. The more details given then easier it'll be to fix. :)
