I have been told that Dbol lasts about 4 hours in the system, hence the reason for taking the tablets every 4 hours to keep the level constant, instead of taking al 30-50mgs at once.
If that's the case wouldnt you want to take a little more at certain times to take advantage of the temporary increase. In other words, instead of taking 5mg 5x a day, make your pre-workout, or post workout, dose 10-20mg. I am not exactly sure when you would want to do that, if the theory holds true.
