Dbol dosing allat once or divided doses?

i use 20 mg dbol ed and I was wondering if its better to take divided doses or all at once. I've read that its better for the liver in on dose is this true .If so would one get the same anabolic effect as taking divided doses. is there an amount mgwise that its better to take divided doses.

i'm sure you'll get more detailed answers from other members, but i read it's better to divide it up to keep blood levels elevated longer.

Take 5mg every few hours...d-bol has a very short half-life. I'd take it in at least 3-4 daily doses...preferably more.
