Dbol, Deca, Sust cycle

Hi I would like some advice on the below cycle, its my 3rd.

weeks
1-4 dbol 40mg per day
1-12 sust 250mg twice a week monday and thursday
1-10 deca 250mg twice a week monday and thursday
1-12 hcg 500ius twice a week
12-16 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
12-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm
12-16 clomid 25mg per day

Is there anything that I should change?
Stats,
I'm 31
5"9
74kg
About 15% bf (maybe a bit higher)
Been lifting for years and find it real hard to put on weight, good weight that is.

U don't really know wat ur doin hey? Since wen does pct start the week of ur last pin of a sust cycle?

Also ur really small to be doin a bill cycle I was at those stats at 16 with less bodyfat. Go the diet and training section Brah ull have more luck there

your body fat is already on the high side and you want to run deca? i think you need to fix your diet before you run a cycle like this... its all laid out wrong... you don't run hcg the entire length of cycle... you definitely don't start pct right after your last sust pin... you make no mention of caber or prami for the prolactin from deca... the list goes on bro... i think you could fix your diet and training and get some nice gains...
 
Thats why ive asked for some help. yea should have had pct starting at week 16 not 12, my mistake. Ive seen advice to run HCG the whole cycle too, i didnt get it from thin air. im happy for you to be the same size at 16, good for you but we cant all be that size which is the reason im doing this, yo get bigger, dont see why it would make a dif what size I am as ive trained hard for some time. regarding my bodyfat ive take that from digital scales and they could be wrong, im not fat just have a bit around my gut.

you aren't gaining for several possible reasons.

1. too much cardio
2. your workouts aren't good enough.. need to lift big to get big
3. you aren't eating enough .. probably less likely as your body fat is too high..

i think you probably just don't have your workouts under control and your diet isn't solid enough since you don't have much muscle but you also have a lot of fat. get your diet down first. if you run a bulker you need to leave yourself room to gain fat.

remove the deca out of your cycle. just run the dbol and test. dbol doesn't need to be run at 40mg a day.. i only run 25mg a day and i am much bigger than you so even 20mg is plenty for you. swap the hcgenerate and hcg.. so run the hcgenerate during cycle, and hcg to kickstart things.

you can start pct on your last sustanon injection but gotta stretch it out. also you need an AI throughout the cycle. on long cycles like this its more important to run the proper ancillaries during and kickstart your pct. otherwise you go into pct with raisin nuts and a host of problems.

Way too much deca. I usually to 2:1 ratio of test to deca.

With that being said. You should probably just stick with 20-30 mgs of dbol and 500 sust. No deca.

I dont do much cardio which might be why my bodyfat is a bit high. im not fat at all so i may be wrong with the %. I work around 60-70 hours per week so dont get much time.
Workouts are good,
Monday - Chest, 4 x 3 sets each with two sets of tri's - benching 100kgs @ 10 reps
Tuesday - Back 4 x 3 sets each with two sets of bi's - Deadlifting 100-110kgs @ 10 reps
Wednesday - Legs 5 x 3 sets - leg press around 300 kgs
Thursday - Shoulders 5 x 3 sets each - Bumbell press @ 30- 35kg @8 -10 reps (shoulder injury)
Friday - Bi's & Tri's 3 x 3 sets of each, total 6 exercises.

I didnt think that was too bad for my bodyweight?

I dont each that much, have weight gainer protein powder 3 times a day and then normal meals. is there anything that can increase your appetite?

How does this look?

1-12 sust 250mg twice a week monday and thursday
1-12 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
12-20 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and pm
16-24 clomid 25mg per day

16-24 hcg 500ius twice a week

What AI should I be using?

^^^ yup run the forma during cycle. you don't need to run it during pct. clomid will block estrogen for you, let it do its job and lets not overkill estrogen like so many guys do and then complain about sides.

also your workouts aren't strong enough. I would be going 5X5 on your compound lifts. you are not challenging your muscles at all with your workouts, you are kinda just toning up, not PUSHING things and forcing your muscles to grow.

either run the 5X5 routine or look into the 3 day split I have in my signature and do that.

you don't need much cardio if your diet is on point at this time since you are underweight. you can throw in cardio later on.. cardio is the easy part anyway, anyone can go for a 2 mile walk or light jog. but lifting weights takes a lot more dedication cause its not easy to grow muscle and keep it.
