dbol compromise for sleeping

ive been having sleeping problems for a year, mainly because i lift regularly and each night am afraid that if i dont get enough sleep i wont gain anything. i went to a doctor and he prescribed me temazepam for sleeping. it helps me sleep but im getting addicted and used to it, and from reading found out it is very dangerous......now this may be stupid......but i want to get off of these but know that i will hit some serious insomnia when i do, so i bought some d-bols. im thinking that maybe by taking a 4-week dbol only cycle it will compromise for the lack of sleep and i will make gains.....again, to sum it all up, im basically trying to take dbols to cover my muscles from extreme lack of sleep and hopefully will help me to get off the temazepam, because i could care less if i dont sleep at nite as long as i can improve in the gym. please respond with opinions on this, even if you feel that im a fucking idiot and that this thread is pointless. much thanks for any help or opinions because i need some kind of help. im seeing a psychiatrist but he wont talk to me he just wants me to try different pills.....fucking asshole.

Have you tried OTC sleep-aids like diphenhydramine, melatonin, etc? Those can help with sleep for some people and aren't addictive like benzo's.

yeah i have. melatonin worked good at making me sleepy, but my mind would race and race and before i knew it it was 5 in the morning. shit with histamine like tylenol pm, benadryl put me into a light sleep (level 1 or 2, i know this because i had a sleep study done while taking the otcs) and nothing helped. lunesta worked wonderfully but i have to double the original dosage of 3mg in order to sleep, causing me to run out if my 30 day script in 15. i hate taking all these medications, i just want gains, so if i cant sleep but can gain muscle i would have no problem, i just want to progress somehow.

Well bro, for the short-term you could probably offset insomnia-induced catabolism with dbol yes, however your daily life would probably suffer. Are you sure you'll be able to sleep normally after you've stopped the meds for a month? You can always return to them periodically. I had a seizure disorder in early high school, was on heavy meds morning and night for almost 5 years. Since then, I've had periodic bouts of severe insomnia, as in I would stay up over 70hours straight before being able to fall asleep. Nothing but benzo's ever really worked, so every few months I still have to get a script for 30 1mg klonopin, and I have to take 2-3mg to knock me out. However, these bouts don't last long so I don't stay on long enough to get very tolerant. I don't think I COULD get addicted, I've taken as much as 10mg/day of xanax for weeks then stopped cold turkey with no sides, but I can get tolerant after a week or so. If you think you'll sleep normally again after a few weeks, dbol can offset catabolism. This is a unique case though, very interesting I must say.

I have gotten to the point where I have to take something every night for sleep or I'll just toss and turn. I've accepted it as a part of life. OTC sleep aids actually are worse for me cause (i know it's weird) they make my legs tingle which I hate so I can't sleep. The only thing I can do is take a half an ambien every night. I know they say it's addictive, but it's either that or be a zombie and have to take something else to get me going the next day.

The best sleep drug in the world is trazadone. Just find what dose works best for you. Talk to your doc and see if he will look into prescribing it for you.

thats the latest med he prescribed for me, the trazadone, but ive tried remeron and it did nothing, and im sure traz is in the same class of drugs as remeron. started the dbol today. i broke a 50mg pill into 4s and took 3. im thinkin ill do this for a few days then move up to the full 50 mg spread through the day with a full dose of 60x0 also throughout the day. im not interested in making crazy gains, just some improvement to overcome catabolism from insomnia. hopefully a little 4 week dbol cycle will do some good.
