DBOL and TIMING...

How important is it to properly time the dbol in your system opposed to when you work out, i do understand you want even blood levels...meaning:

1. Do you properly space your dbol 2-3 hours apart no matter what time of day you work out?

2. do you space them out pretty far apart and try to take them somewhat close to when you work out?

Scenario: say your taking dbol 30mgs a day, each pill is 5mgs of dianabol...so you wake up and take 10mgs at 8am...your next one should be????? 10am??? then 12pm??? if so you have consumed your daily dbol intake of 30mgs...but its only 12pm...what if you dont work out till 9pm? Am i tripping on the time factor in conjunction to when i work out?
 
i personally just took my dbol and hour before i lifted i never split it up. but neways...keep it realitive. if ur only taking 30mgs all day take 10 when u wake up 10 mid day and 10 before u lift
 
the half life is only 5 to 6 hrs i believe it may be shortera dn the most effects i usually take 1hr proir to work out the with a split dose an dafter my workout a couple of hours but whatever works for u. a freind takes 40 mgs every morning and works great for him me i need a split dose but all in all u will stay pretty stable thourghout the day. 9pm workouts take in the AM them 1 or 2 hrs before workout . goodluck

This is a debate that will go on forever.I always run Test with my D-bol so I rarely ever try to get it spaced evenly throughout the day,so instead I take all of mine(usually around 40mgs)about an hour to an hour and a half before I workout it seems to give me a little strength increase,but this may be all placebo effect.But it works for me.
 
Like I said Bro, since you're taking 5 mgs tabs take them every 4 hours throughout the day. If you train first thing in the morning you could double the dose and drop back to 5 mgs thereafter.
 
I take 10mg with breakfast, 20mg with lunch and 10mg with dinner. Works well for me, no complaints. Also, I ain't getting up in the middle of the damn night to do drugs. . .that's definitely a sure sign of a problem. ;)
